Following Your Interests!

You'll often hear people saying that one of the benefits of homeschooling is that young people have the freedom to
follow their interests and pursue their passions to a much greater extent. I've had friends who've been really interested in IT, graphic art and hairdressing. These interests have ultimately led them into training and jobs that they love at a very early age!

I've had a friend who's passion for ballet has now led her into a professional ballet school in Melbourne! I know of another guy who's obsession with bugs resulted in him going to uni to study entomology.
Being able to follow your interests from a young age has led to success for many of my homeschool friends and acquaintances!
